While our most significant practice is in the human resources space, we are experts at finding and assessing dynamic, agile, and future-thinking leaders across functions and industries.
With a passion for talent, and an understanding of how critical the right hires are to the success of every business, R3 provides the expertise and heart needed to deliver results for every client.
For more than 20 years, Anne has helped organizations secure the make-or-break talent they need to focus, flourish, and grow. She’s an entrepreneur who shows clients how to ditch their conventional thinking about recruiting and hiring and find top performers in unlikely places.
Though she’s built long-term partnerships with the likes of IBM, Deloitte, and SC Johnson, Anne especially shines when she’s serving mid-market entities seeking C-suite to senior management positions. She deeply connects with both company and candidate to make productive and lasting matches that go beyond skills to cultural compatibility, often procuring perfect prospects from God-only-knows-where. Anne has an uncanny gift for predicting the types of roles her clients will require six to 12 months down the line, helping them to see and prepare for what’s next. But it’s not all secret-sauce mystique; Anne uses emerging technology, data analytics, and sophisticated processes to find and secure essential people.
Anne and her husband have created a loving home with three very active boys, any number of their friends, and a sweet and spirited golden retriever named Lilly. Her stamina for work and family may seem other-worldly, but it’s simply powered by the passion and grit that drive everything she does —along with the boost she gets from rigorous workouts and Broadway soundtracks. When it’s time to unwind, she and her family retreat to the peace and tranquility of their lake house in Door County.

Eric Mraz is an operational driver and connector who has built his career on solving business issues and helping organizations scale through Talent Acquisition. Eric’s clients have relied on him for his insight, exacting standards, and ability to assess culture fit and function. In addition, he's an expert at designing objective and comprehensive means to measure, develop and inspire high functioning teams. From creating competency models to leadership development programs and even inside sales programs, he has been instrumental in translating ideas into organized realities.
His success in being able to understand the needs of the business combined with his instinct for cultural currency has allowed him to uncover, attract and secure top talent that sticks. His passion for talent acquisition is not just in practice; Eric has helped clients assess, develop and build high functioning recruiting programs to take their TA efforts to the next level. In addition, he has trained hundreds of talent acquisition and HR professionals on best practices and cutting edge techniques for sourcing and selecting top talent.
Before co-founding R3 Strategic Search, Eric worked for The Novo Group, an angel backed fast-growth talent acquisition start-up. Prior to his life in recruiting, he was the Director of Marketing for ANS Home Health Services; a provider of Home Health, Case Management and Long Term Care Counseling to niche underserved populations. During his time at ANS, he was responsible for marketing, public relations, and business development and instrumental in doubling revenue while securing relationships with case managers and county health administrators across southeast Wisconsin. Eric graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison.
In his free time, Eric loves to try new techniques in the kitchen, travel, work out and spend time with family and friends.

What's in Our Name?
R3 originated from thinking outside of the box. So many of the challenges Anne & Eric were hearing from clients were about the flat experiences they were having utilizing the same search players, doing things the way they’ve always been done, and being unsure why they were stuck in the traditional search structures. Taking a holistic approach and building an incredible experience is what Anne and Eric set out to do, creating a better, more three dimensional approach to search.
